The Firm

Founded in 2001 by Pravin Jain and Terence Ruddy, we have built a practice on plain speaking and quiet thoroughness.

We work from two offices in Glasgow, the city centre and Anniesland, acting for clients throughout Scotland, from first-time buyers and families to businesses and those facing the courts. Whatever the matter, we explain it in language you can act on.

Our approach is holistic. Many clients return to us across a lifetime of decisions: buying a home, drawing up a will, protecting a business, or standing with them through a difficult dispute. That continuity is the point.
